Join us for the opening edition of Symphony of Flavors, an exclusive evening celebrating the enduring dialogue between Santorini’s vineyards and its evolving culinary identity.
Presented in collaboration with Domaine Sigalas, one of the island’s most celebrated wineries and a benchmark of Santorini winemaking, the evening honors a shared philosophy rooted in authenticity, precision, and a profound respect for place. From the vibrant minerality of Assyrtiko and the oak-aged complexity of Santorini Barrel and Kavalieros to the expressive depth of Mavrotragano and the golden richness of Vinsanto, each pairing reveals a different expression of Santorini’s volcanic terroir.
Inspired by this dialogue, Executive Chef Yiannis Kioroglou presents a bespoke five-course degustation menu guided by Lure’s ingredient-led philosophy, where the Cyclades meet the wider Mediterranean through simplicity, balance, and exceptional produce. Thoughtfully paired with the evening’s selected wines, each course is designed to reveal a different expression of the island’s landscape.
