Join us for the final edition of Symphony of Flavors, an exclusive evening at Lure Restaurant celebrating the richness and diversity of Santorini’s wine heritage beneath the September full moon.

Bringing together a curated selection of wines from some of the island’s most distinguished producers, the evening offers an exploration of Santorini’s volcanic terroir through its distinctive indigenous varieties. From the vibrant minerality of Assyrtiko and the expressive character of Mavrotragano to the golden richness of Vinsanto, each wine reveals a different facet of the island’s unique winemaking tradition.

Inspired by the diversity of Santorini’s vineyards, Culinary Director Yiannis Kioroglou presents a bespoke five-course degustation menu rooted in Lure’s ingredient-led Mediterranean philosophy. Thoughtfully paired with the evening’s wines, each course creates a dialogue between exceptional produce, local character, and the volcanic landscape that defines Santorini.
