Join us for the next edition of Symphony of Flavors, an exclusive dining experience unfolding beneath the lingering glow of July’s full moon, where Santorini’s celebrated vineyards meet Lure’s Mediterranean culinary philosophy.

Presented in collaboration with Hatzidakis Winery, one of the island’s pioneering organic producers, the evening celebrates authenticity, sustainability and a deep respect for indigenous grape varieties. You will enjoy a curated selection of the winery’s celebrated labels, including Aidani, Skitali, (R)ambelia, Nykteri and the aged Liassimo, each reflecting the distinctive character of Santorini’s volcanic vineyards.

Inspired by this collaboration, Culinary Director Yiannis Kioroglou presents a bespoke five-course degustation menu, thoughtfully paired with each wine to create a harmonious journey through the island’s flavors and traditions.
