On Tuesday, October 7th, beneath Santorini’s luminous full moon, Lure Restaurant presents a special edition of Symphony of Flavors in collaboration with Vassaltis Vineyards — the island’s first contemporary boutique winery, renowned for its bold, expressive approach to Assyrtiko and beyond.

This wine-led evening showcases a thoughtfully curated selection of Vassaltis’ celebrated cuvées — from the vibrant minerality of their flagship Assyrtiko to the layered depth of their Barrel-Fermented expressions and the textured finesse of their blends. Each pour is artfully paired with a bespoke tasting menu by Executive Chef Thanos Feskos, where inventive dishes rooted in Greek tradition meet refined technique, crafted to illuminate the character of Vassaltis while celebrating the lunar glow above.
