Throughout the season, Lure Restaurant at Mystique invites guests to discover Symphony of Flavors, a series of exclusive dining experiences celebrating the unique relationship between Santorini’s celebrated wineries and the evolving Mediterranean cuisine of Culinary Director Yiannis Kioroglou.
Set above the iconic Caldera, each one-night-only event pairs a bespoke five-course degustation menu with carefully selected wines from some of the island’s most acclaimed wineries. From the vibrant minerality of Assyrtiko to the depth of Mavrotragano and the richness of Vinsanto, every evening offers a different expression of Santorini’s volcanic terroir through thoughtfully curated food and wine pairings.
