Join us for a special Full Moon Edition of Symphony of Flavors at Lure Restaurant, where Santorini’s illuminated Caldera provides the setting for an unforgettable evening celebrating the island’s renowned wine heritage.

Presented in collaboration with Domaine Sigalas, one of Santorini’s most celebrated wineries, the evening honours a shared philosophy rooted in authenticity, precision, and a profound respect for Santorini’s volcanic terroir.

Guests will discover a carefully curated selection of the estate’s acclaimed wines, from the vibrant minerality of Santorini Assyrtiko to the oak-aged complexity of Santorini Barrel and Kavalieros, the expressive character of Mavrotragano, and the golden richness of Vinsanto — each thoughtfully paired to reveal a different expression of the island’s unique landscape.

Created exclusively for this event, Culinary Director Yiannis Kioroglou presents a bespoke five-course degustation menu, inspired by Lure Restaurant’s ingredient-driven philosophy. Rooted in the flavours of the Cyclades and elevated by Mediterranean influences, every course has been carefully crafted to complement each wine, creating a seamless dialogue between plate, glass, and place.
