Join us for the next edition of Symphony of Flavors, where Santorini’s celebrated vineyards meet Lure’s refined Mediterranean cuisine.

Presented in collaboration with Hatzidakis Winery, one of the island’s pioneering organic wineries, the evening pays tribute to a winery whose commitment to authenticity, sustainability, and Santorini’s indigenous grape varieties has shaped the island’s contemporary wine story. Born from the revival of a long-forgotten family vineyard and a traditional cave kanava, Hatzidakis is celebrated for wines of remarkable purity that express the volcanic landscape with honesty and precision. From vibrant Assyrtiko and aromatic Aidani to elegant Nykteri, expressive Mavrotragano and the timeless richness of Liasimo, each pairing reveals a distinct expression of Santorini’s terroir.

Inspired by this collaboration, Culinary Director Yiannis Kioroglou presents a bespoke five-course degustation menu rooted in Lure’s ingredient-led philosophy. Thoughtfully paired with Hatzidakis wines, each course celebrates the harmony between exceptional produce and the island’s distinctive wines.
