At the helm of Lure is Executive Chef Thanos Feskos, whose culinary pedigree includes leading kitchens at Michelin-starred and Green Michelin-starred restaurants in Greece and Copenhagen. Feskos approaches gastronomy with artistic precision, technical mastery, and a deep reverence for ingredients. Together with Head Chef Christos Nikolakopoulos, the Lure kitchen presents an intellectually driven and refined interpretation of Aegean cuisine.

The menu is dictated by pure Cycladic roots transformed into fine comfort dining and an ethical supply chain that respects the environment and the local community. Rooted in tradition yet driven by innovation, the kitchen takes a thoughtful approach to every ingredient, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
